What is The Wandering Post?

The Wandering Post is a monthly postcard subscription featuring an original photograph, a personal letter from Kelsey, and occasional extras inspired by the places, stories, and moments encountered along the way.


What will I receive each month?

Each mailing includes:

  • A professionally printed postcard featuring an original photograph (each month will have a different photo)

  • A letter written by Kelsey that include the story behind the image and sometimes a favorite recipe

  • Occasional surprises

Every month features a different photo and letter.


How much does it cost?

The Wandering Post is $10 per month.

Shipping within the United States is included.


Your first payment is charged when you subscribe.

After that, all recurring payments are processed on the 10th of each month. Your billing date may be adjusted after sign-up to align with the mailing schedule and ensure you are not charged twice before receiving the mailing your subscription paid for.

For example, if you subscribe on July 22nd, your initial payment covers the August mailing. Your next recurring payment would be charged on September 10th.

If your billing date is adjusted, you'll still receive every mailing included with your subscription.

When will I be charged?


Mailings are typically sent during the last week of each month.

The exact mailing date may vary slightly depending on production schedules and holidays.

When are mailings sent?


Can I cancel anytime?

Yes!

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. No need to email or contact anyone, but please feel free to email me if you would prefer!


Can I update my mailing address or payment method?

Absolutely.

You can update your mailing address or payment method anytime through your customer account to ensure future mailings arrive at the correct location and are charged to the correct card.


Will I receive tracking information?

No.

The Wandering Post is sent through standard mail and does not include tracking.

If your mailing arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.


How do I access my customer account?

After subscribing, you will be prompted to make an account or you'll receive an email with access to your customer account where you can:

  • View your subscription

  • Update your address

  • Update your payment method

  • Manage or cancel your subscription

I cannot help with changing your password or login email.


Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes!

You can purchase a subscription for someone else by entering their name and mailing address during checkout while using your own billing information.

The recipient will receive the monthly mailings, while billing remains connected to your account.
